# Galactica Node Distribution Calculations Disclaimer

Oct 20, 2024

1. Implied FDV changes per Tier. The calculation of the FDV is based on 100% fill rate of the Node Sale. See tab “Node Sale Summary” in the spreadsheet provided for details.
2. Full Node Yield calculations include all rewards (Node Drop, Merit-Based Airdrop, and Inflation Rewards) except Airdrops from Partners (although Full Node Holders will be eligible for Airdrops from Partners as well) and assumes FDV of $600M. See tab “Full Node Summary” in the spreadsheet provided for details.
3. Node Shards are eligible for Node Drop, some Merit-Based Airdrop, and some Inflation Rewards, and certain Airdrops from Partners. The Yield calculations for Node Shards include ONLY Node Drop rewards and assume FDV of $600M. See tab “Node Shard Summary” in the spreadsheet provided for details.
4. The price for a Node and Shard will be about 20% higher when using DOGS and HMSTR tokens to acquire them. This is due to the fact that these tokens are relatively more volatile and significantly less liquid than stablecoins and ETH, TON, and BNB. Note that when buying Nodes or Shards with ETH, TON, or BNB the price may differ from that indicated when buying with stablecoins due to price updating delay.
