# What is the implied FDV and how to predict the effective FDV of my Tier?

Each Tier has a different implied FDV as seen in the image below. The calculation of implied FDV uses the assumption of Fill Rate (what’s the % of each tier that has been sold).

Basically, the more Nodes are sold, the higher the FDV you’ll get. The fill rate assumption used for the Implied FDV below is 50%. This means 50% of all nodes are sold.

If 75% of all nodes are sold, the implied FDV will be higher.

The table below shows some examples of Implied FDV according to Fill Rate.
