The Parliament in the Galactica Network represents the majority vote of network participants, consisting of the National Council (NC) and the Council of Interest Groups (CoIG). The NC has a variable number of representatives, while the CoIG has a fixed number. The High Council oversees the Interest Groups, with representatives from various Special Interest Groups and the top four ranked Interest Groups.

A rotation system for Interest Groups is in place, with voting every twelve months (a Mandate) and a maximum of two consecutive Mandates for each group. Key Interest Groups cannot be removed from the High Council, while non-Key groups can be voted out with specific attendance and voting conditions. Absences during voting sessions are penalized, potentially leading to a reduction of Reputation points or negative Soulbound Tokens (SBTs).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.galactica.com/galactica-network-faq/5.-who-manages-galactica-network/entities.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
